With possible opportunities across 18 charter schools and counting, each year we seek bold educators who are passionate about ensuring ALL students can learn.

Then we're looking for you to join us! As a start, you may have the opportunity to join us for a week long all expense paid intensive instruction that could lead you to the most exciting teaching position you have ever experienced.

Our application process is designed to:

1. Provide you with an opportunity you get to know us through information and training to determine if one of our campuses is the right fit for you; 

2. Provide us the opportunity to get to know you so we can determine if one of our schools is the right fit for you.

STEP 1: Submit! By October 26, 2018, submit your resume and cover letter for the 2019-2020 school year. 

STEP 2: Qualify! By October 31, your resume and cover letter will be screened to determine if you qualify for additional screening.

STEP 3: Attend! If you qualify, you will be invited to what can be the most exhilarating week of your life as you participate in the training (all expenses paid) entitled "Fundamental Foundation Session #1". You will have two options to choose from. Option 1 is November 12-16, 2018. Option 2 is January 2-5, 2018.

  • You will be involved in unique educational activities that could ‘seal the deal’ for you to earn a slot as one of our new effective educators.

This is a mandatory session. If you cannot attend these dates, you will not be considered for the next round. 

STEP 4: Teach! January 14-18, 2019, if you qualify, you will be invited to teach a live lesson for a group of students in one of our schools where you will be observed by a group of YES, Inc. staff members, principal, and other educators in the school.

STEP 5: Interview! In March 2019, if you are successful in your lesson in January, you will be invited to interview with YES, Inc. staff members, principals, and other educators.

STEP 6: Join! Districts will then begin making offers for positions to final candidates starting in March.

Note: All new hires for each district must attend the mandatory Intensive Educator Preparation May 28-June 14, 2019.
