Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. (YES, Inc.) is seeking individuals who are interested in the teaching profession to apply for teaching positions in the San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Dallas areas. When you apply, you are automatically eligible to be considered for inclusion in our FREE, exclusive training for the 2022-2023 school year in San Antonio, TX. Last year over 75% of our applicants were hired for teaching positions averaging over $50,000 annually.

We are committed to providing continuous professional development for our educators after and during our hiring process. Our selection process includes the following mandatory activities:

  • Initial Virtual Interviews (after screening your resume and selecting you for this first step) - 5- and 15-Minute Video Pre-hiring Individual Conferences: Starting week of February 7, 2022. We will be gathering introductory information about you and your teaching experience.
  • Teacher Interviews (virtual and in-person) scheduled for teaching openings in Elementary and Secondary Education: Starting week of March 15, 2022.
  • Hiring offers to selected individuals happen between April 30th and June 15th
  • June 27th - July 1st – Five (5)-day Free training opportunity from experts in the field of education to guarantee your readiness to be effective on DAY One of your new teaching job.

  • Able to build rapport and a growth mindset with students
  • Have a passion for teaching

  • Have willingness to become more effective in classroom management skills 
  • Have willingness to become more effective in communicating with students, parents, supervisors or within a team.
  • Have willingness to establish a sense of professionalism while working with people (i.e. parents, students, colleagues, & etc.).

Here are the steps:

STEP 1: Submit!

Submit your resume (via Indeed job posting) for the 2022 - 2023 school year. (Then read all of the follow up information to be sent to you and watch the Facebook and/YouTube Videos to learn more about the processes.

STEP 2: Follow-Through

Respond to all communications regarding scheduling your interviews and conferences. Provide all requested information in a timely manner and respond appropriately to all District/School inquiries regarding your capacity to become a more effective educator.

STEP 3: Attend

Attend all required information sessions designed to prepare you to be ready for the hiring process to guarantee that you are selected for a position.
